The transaction fees applied, displayed in accordance with the French order of 10 January 2017.
Homes, land, parking, agricultural and equestrian properties

Fees payable by the seller, unless the agency agreement provides otherwise.
New-build developments
For new-build developments (VEFA, off-plan), SAS 3G IMMO applies the fee scale set by the developer.
When are the fees payable?
Only once the sale actually completes, recorded by notarial deed. Nothing is payable before that date: as a commercial agent I am not authorised to receive funds, bills or securities, in accordance with article 4 of the French law of 2 January 1970.
Prices shown in the listings on this site include agency fees. A buyer therefore has no agency fee to pay on top of the advertised price.
