What are your fees?
They depend on the price and type of property, are stated before the agency agreement is signed and appear in the preliminary contract. Nothing is payable if the sale does not go through.
Do you work outside the Var?
On the western French Riviera: Cannes, Mandelieu-La-Napoule and Théoule-sur-Mer. Beyond that, I will refer you to a colleague covering the area.
I am buying from abroad — is that possible?
Yes. Narrated video viewings, video calls, and introductions to a notaire and a mortgage broker used to non-resident files. The whole process can be handled in English.
